Waterhouse Young HydraFacial
Well, I think I’ve discovered the facial of the century and believe me – I am not the type to gush. I found it at the Waterhouse Young Clinic, 21 Devonshire St W1. They claim to be experts on skin and they are.
It was the first time I have ever had a clinical facial and I didn’t know what to expect, so Anna Silsby, the clinic director (who has amazing skin herself, encouragingly) talked me through the non-invasive treatment I was having, their signature HydraFacial.
It starts with detoxifying the skin, removing of all dead cells and extraction with a tool called a HydroPeel Tip that simultaneously lifts dead skin away and treats your skin with serums and antioxidants. This was followed by the brightening and diminishing of dark spots, a process using hyaluronic acid that provides lasting hydration and protection from antioxidants.
The final stage is incredible – Anna held red LED lights to my skin, to help in the production of elastin and collagen. I’m not sure how long she did this for because I actually zonked out. It was so comforting!
You may be thinking that you’ve heard it all before, but after the session I popped to the bathroom and checked my face in the mirror and the treatment had knocked 10 years off me. No BS – crazy baby face! I could not stop looking at my skin.
One session is £230 and for a course of 6 treatments it’s £1150, so this is definitely an investment. You can also buy the products that are used during the treatment to maintain the results.
I am extremely excited and and passionate about this treatment. My skin has not looked that good in a long time. I’m telling you, as much as you may trust me, and you should, you have to see it to believe it. It’s incredible!
Anna from Waterhouse Young is delighted to offer 20% off both single and course treatments up until end of September. One claim per person & first treatment to be taken by 30th September 2016 . To claim this offer, please just quote ‘MEL’ on booking.
